Responsibilities:
- The Admissions Department is responsible for processing new studentapplications and providing information about course offerings and registration procedures.
- The Registrar's Office is responsible for managing student records, enrolment,and registration procedures.
- The Student Services Department is responsible for assisting students withquestions or concerns related to their enrolment and registration.
Procedure:
1. Prospective students can apply for admission to the computer school by submitting an online application or by contacting the Admissions Department directly.
2. The Admissions Department will review the application and inform the prospective student of their admission status and provide information about the available courses.
3. Once the student has been admitted, they will receive a student ID number
and instructions on how to enrol and register for their courses.
4. Students can enrol and register for courses either online or in person at the registrar's Office. They will need to provide their student ID number for long term courses and pay any required fees at the time of registration.
5. The Registrar's Office will maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including enrolment and registration information, grades, and transcripts.
